Sales Supervisor Retail Channel (Area Bogor)

Responsibility

• Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives and ensuring that they are meeting their goals.
• Supervises direct sales representatives to ensure that each sales representative does their part in supporting the Company achieve its objectives.
• Support the sales team by conducting high-level selling
• Conduct market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers on-boarded reports
• Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active customers.
• Evaluate & Monitoring performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the teams performance
• Monitoring & Maintain Customers Account Recievable

Requirements

• Male or Female
• Ages 25 - 35 Years Old
• Minimum 5 year Experience in Stationery Product
• Stationery Background preference came from Big Brand of Stationery Product (Kenko, Joyko, Zebra, Pentel, Faber Castell)
• English Speaker is a preference
