Sales Support (Freight Forwarding)

Job Description :

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining customer records

• Assist with sales and marketing activities, such as coordinating events, creating presentations, and preparing marketing materials

• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate and timely responses to their inquiries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer solutions

• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes

• Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track sales performance and trends

REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree.

Fluent In English (spoken and written). being able to speak Mandarin is a plus.

At least 2 years of working experience In the related field.

Having good knowledge about import procedures and regulations.

Understanding In Freight Forwarding Business.

Able to work under pressure, team player and good Communication Skill.

Computer literate (Ms. Office, Software).
