Sales Tire
Responsibilities
Promote and market high-quality tire products to consumers in the mining, plantation, transportation, and logistics industries.
Achieve sales targets that have been determined by management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding business networks and acquiring new customers.
Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.
Ensure the confidentiality of all client projects and business transactions.
Manage the sales process from closing deals to ensuring payments are completed.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
Identify and approach potential customers based on the existing database.
Monitor sales progress and create monthly reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 1 years of proven sales experience in the tire industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Possess a deep understanding of Automotive B2B, including tubes and tires, with specialized expertise in large vehicle tires, particularly for heavy-duty vehicles.
Possess strong, well-established connections in the mining, logistics, construction, and transportation sectors, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within these industries.
Proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, a quick learner who adapts to market trends and innovations.
English proficiency is a plus.
