Sales Tire

Responsibilities

• Promote and market high-quality tire products to consumers in the mining, plantation, transportation, and logistics industries.

• Achieve sales targets that have been determined by management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding business networks and acquiring new customers.

• Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.

• Ensure the confidentiality of all client projects and business transactions.

• Manage the sales process from closing deals to ensuring payments are completed.

• Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

• Identify and approach potential customers based on the existing database.

• Monitor sales progress and create monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 1 years of proven sales experience in the tire industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

• Possess a deep understanding of Automotive B2B, including tubes and tires, with specialized expertise in large vehicle tires, particularly for heavy-duty vehicles.

• Possess strong, well-established connections in the mining, logistics, construction, and transportation sectors, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within these industries.

• Proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, a quick learner who adapts to market trends and innovations. 

• English proficiency is a plus.
