Join the dynamic team at PT Louisz International as a Salesman. In this full-time role based in Batam Riau Islands, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. As a Salesman, you will be the face of the company, engaging with customers and ensuring their shopping experience is a positive one.

What youll be doing

• Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail environment
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints

What were looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for providing a exceptional shopping experience
• Proficiency in the local language and English
