We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Counsellor to join our Primary School team, with an immediate start. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the emotional, social, and behavioral development of our young learners, including students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and emotional support to Primary School students

• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students well-being and learning needs

• Conduct admissions assessments for prospective students

• Observe and assess student behavior; provide professional input for intervention planning

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized support plans for students with special needs

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology

• Licensed Psychologist (preferred)

• Proven experience working with students with special needs

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with young children and their parents

• Easy to adapt to new challenges and students

• Willing to go extra miles for the students
