Secretary to General Manager
We are seeking a proactive and organized Secretary to support our General Manager. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and assist in communication to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the General Managers schedule and appointments
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional communication
Assist in arranging meetings and logistics
Maintain filing systems and office supplies
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Basic Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any field
Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is a plus
Knowledge of the industry or trade business is advantageous
