Senior Account Manager

Job Descriptions :

  • Address customer needs efficiently, including new service links and upgrades

  • Reach out to at least three new ISPs daily to expand the customer base

  • Research potential ISP clients online to identify prospects

  • Conduct customer visits three times per week to strengthen relationships

  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution (end-to-end)

  • Follow and complete administrative procedures accurately

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in any major (preferably in Telecommunication)

  • at least having 2 years experience ini same field (Sales, Account management, or telco-related fields)

  • Strong understanding of telecommunication services and products (experience handling b2b clients)

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Target-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Willing to travel for meetings and client site visits
