Senior Account Manager
Job Descriptions :
Address customer needs efficiently, including new service links and upgrades
Reach out to at least three new ISPs daily to expand the customer base
Research potential ISP clients online to identify prospects
Conduct customer visits three times per week to strengthen relationships
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution (end-to-end)
Follow and complete administrative procedures accurately
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in any major (preferably in Telecommunication)
at least having 2 years experience ini same field (Sales, Account management, or telco-related fields)
Strong understanding of telecommunication services and products (experience handling b2b clients)
Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Willing to travel for meetings and client site visits
