• Solve unexpected issues during live production or content creation quickly and effectively.
• Manage production timelines and publishing schedules for all content.
• Collaborate with hosts, and creative teams to produce engaging and relevant content.
• Oversee the quality control of all content before publication.
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to improve future output.
• Provide direction and support during live sessions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all content.

• Minimum 2 year of experience in digital content creation, social media, or video/live production.
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• A good sense of content trends, audience engagement, and storytelling.

• Creative thinker with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic editing skills or technical knowledge of live/video production is a plus
