Senior Cook

ShiShi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub Bali is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our culinary team in Badung, Bali. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen in one of Balis leading F&B establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes, specializing in Asian and Izakaya cuisine
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen in accordance with regulations
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance overall kitchen performance
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook, preferably in Asian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
