Senior Executive - Local Mobility Industry

岗位职责 | Responsibilities：

1. 负责领导公司在印尼的出行业务拓展与本地化战略，推动业务增长与市场份额提升；

Lead the development and localization strategy of the companys mobility business in Indonesia, driving growth and market penetration.

2. 主导政府关系、行业协会沟通、公共事务事务，推动牌照申请、合规政策落地；

Take the lead in managing government affairs, industry association engagement, and public policy to support licensing and regulatory compliance.

3. 拓展并维护与出租车公司、车队、网约车平台、车主及司机群体的深度合作关系；

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with taxi companies, fleet operators, ride-hailing platforms, and driver communities.

4. 搭建并管理高效的本地运营团队，统筹调度、客服、司机管理、站点运营等核心模块；

Establish and manage a strong local operations team, covering dispatch, customer service, driver management, and station operations.

5. 协助总部制定印尼市场的发展规划与经营目标，提供本地市场洞察及策略建议；

Support HQ in strategic planning by providing deep insights into the Indonesian market and offering strategic advice.

6. 管理业务的成本、预算与财务表现，确保运营效率与盈利能力；

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

任职要求 | Requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历，工商管理、交通运输、市场营销等相关专业优先；

Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration, Transportation, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

2. 8 年以上出行行业管理经验，曾在 Bluebird、GOJEK、Grab 等知名企业担任中高层职位者优先；

8+ years of experience in the mobility industry, preferably in managerial roles at Bluebird, GOJEK, Grab, or other leading mobility tech companies.

3. 熟悉印尼出行行业的生态、司机管理机制、政府政策及平台运营模式；

In-depth understanding of the Indonesian mobility ecosystem, driver operations, government policies, and platform business models.

4. 拥有丰富的本地行业资源，具备出色的谈判、公关与跨部门协作能力；

Strong local industry network with excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

5. 具备中英文流利的沟通能力者优先；

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English is an advantage.
