Hebe Beauty Style is a company engaged in beauty with the brands Y.O.U, Barenbliss, Dazzle Me, Lavojoy, and Glamfix. This company was first launched and debuted in the Indonesian market in mid-2018. We are hiring a candidate for Senior KOL Admin. The details of this position will be attached below:

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all administrative tasks related to KOL payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Review, prepare, and manage contracts, invoices, and payment documents required for KOL finance processing.

• Ensure all KOL payment files and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

• Monitor, track, and follow up on payment statuses, ensuring alignment with internal timelines and budgets.

• Develop and maintain organized data recaps, financial records, and documentation for audit and finance team reference.

• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to junior team members or interns involved in KOL administrative tasks.

• Collaborate closely with the finance and influencer marketing teams to streamline payment and documentation processes.

Main Requirements:

• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in KOL administration, influencer marketing, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience managing or supervising subordinates or team members.

• Experienced in finance or tax role is a plus.

• Proven experience managing contracts, invoices, and payment tracking.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and file management systems.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Familiarity with financial processes, audits, and budget management is a plus.
