As Senior Legal Manager you will do:

Provide legal advice on contracts, corporate transactions, employment matters, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts and investor documents, and manage the signing process. Oversee regulatory reporting, M&A activities, and handle disputes and litigation with external counsel. Support the development of company policies and procedures, and coordinate with notaries and corporate secretaries. Maintain strong relationships with law firms and other external legal partners

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from a prominent University min. GPA 3,5

• Min. 5 years of working experience, 2 years in a prominent Law Firm

• Experienced in due diligence exercise and M&A transactions

• Excellent in English (verbal and drafting)

• Completed PKPA training, preferably Holding PERADI license
