Summary of Role

The Senior Manager Order to Cash will lead the design, development, and delivery of all O2C processes. Managing a team of permanent staff and contractors, the role involves leading, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring process excellence to meet program milestones.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead a team, including external partners, to implement enterprise application solutions and process changes.
  • Oversee process design, build, testing, and deployment within SAP and legacy platforms.
  • Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops.
  • Understand process interdependencies and ensure integrated process solutions with teams like Order to Cash, Pricing, Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development skills.
Required Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • 15-20 years in enterprise applications, leading Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management, CRM.
  • Strong leadership and executive presence.
  • Ability to lead global and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
