Senior Performance Marketing & Analysis

Job & Responsibilities:-Manage and optimize weekly performance and budget across key digital channels: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliates.-Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to track performance metrics and campaign impact.-Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and optimize for maximum ROI; communicate insights and direction to internal teams.-Analyze consumer behavior and customer journey data to inform UI/UX improvements, content strategies, and website optimizations.-Liaise with third-party platform representatives (e.g., Meta, Google) to manage relationships and gain strategic insights.-Utilize Looker Studio or equivalent platforms for data visualization and performance mapping.-Ensure proper implementation of tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), CMS, and basic HTML.-Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research and content optimization alongside SEO team.

Requirements:-3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or a similar role.-Strong understanding of marketing channels and platforms, especially within an e-commerce context.-Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.-Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution models, and customer journey mapping.-Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Preffered Tools:-Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Search ConsoleFacebook/Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads-Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)-CMS platforms and basic HTML-SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ (Optional)
