Senior Project Manager

Oversees and manages construction projects from start to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role includes coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring the progress of work, managing resources, and mitigating risks.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and cost estimates.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to create comprehensive project schedules.

• Identify project milestones and ensure timely progress toward completion.

• Establish and maintain project budgets; track project expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.

• Approve expenses and manage cost adjustments, identifying areas of cost savings or overruns.

• Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.

• Work closely with procurement to ensure materials and supplies are ordered, delivered, and stored as needed.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines, budgets, and safety.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.

• Handle project-related issues, disputes, or challenges as they arise.

• Lead and supervise project team members, including subcontractors and support staff.

• Encourage a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on-site
