Senior Sales Engineer (Civil Engineer)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to help Sales Engineer develop their selling techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing relevant knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues escalated by team members in a timely and professional manner.

Specification:

 Minimum a bachelors degree in civil engineering or related fields Minimum of 5 years working experience in formwork sector preferably in the Sales sector Fluent English, both oral and written Good knowledge of MS Office applications  Experience in AutoCAD Software (preferred) Meticulous, strong sense for flexibility and responsibility  Strong professional ethics, open and trustworthy Self-motivated, independent and committed Self-confidence and high self-assertion Open-minded personality with ample cultural awareness Eagerness to work in a multicultural team
