Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to help Sales Engineer develop their selling techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing relevant knowledge with the team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues escalated by team members in a timely and professional manner.
Specification:
Minimum a bachelors degree in civil engineering or related fields Minimum of 5 years working experience in formwork sector preferably in the Sales sector Fluent English, both oral and written Good knowledge of MS Office applications Experience in AutoCAD Software (preferred) Meticulous, strong sense for flexibility and responsibility Strong professional ethics, open and trustworthy Self-motivated, independent and committed Self-confidence and high self-assertion Open-minded personality with ample cultural awareness Eagerness to work in a multicultural team
