Senior Tax Manager Consultant

As a Senior Tax Manager Consultant you are required to: 

• Handle our clients monthly tax compliance work.

• Review and finalize the yearly CIT / PIT returns of our clients.

• Handle, review and finalize tax reviews, audits, etc. with minimum supervision.

• Identify and present possible financial or tax risks to our clients.

• Update our clients on new tax regulations applicable to our clients fields of business.

• Communicate directly with the AOS department for data collection related to the tax compliance work.

• Communicate directly with our clients PICs related to the tax compliance work.

• Work closely with our tax managers and partners for approval of any important decisions related to our clients tax issues.

• Responsible for business development of the tax department.

• Manage tax department and work closely with other SAS departments managers to ensure seamless workflows.

• Manage and review on tax juniors and seniors work.

• Handle any administration requirements related to the Dispenda, Tax Office or any other government offices related to tax assignments.

• Handle client / prospect meeting.

• Organize and lead regular internal Tax Department Meeting.

• Provide inhouse tax training.

Requirements:

• Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.

• D3 in Fiscal Administration or S1 in Accounting.

• Tax consultant certification A / B / C is a plus.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the tax field and minimum 3 years at managerial level.

• Very good English skills both oral and written.

• Good communication skills.

• Good self-organization skills.

• Good self-presentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, E-SPT, E-faktur, etc.

• Full understanding of the Indonesian tax regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, professionalism, detail orientation, good analytical thinking and the will to learn.
