Senior Trainer Staff

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Senior Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering impactful training sessions, enhancing sales skills, and driving performance through engaging learning methods.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and workshops for sales and customer service teams
• Facilitate interactive learning through discussions, roleplays, case studies, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Regularly update and review training modules to maintain effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
• Evaluate training programs on a regular basis to improve learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular visits to centers to observe and support the implementation of training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Proven experience in training sales teams across various channels (retail, B2C, B2B, telesales, etc.).
• Strong delivery skills — able to present material in an active, engaging, and practical way.
• Skilled in facilitating simulations and role-play sessions to develop sales techniques.
• Solid understanding of the sales funnel, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Energetic, communicative, and able to inspire and motivate training participants.
• Persuasive and capable of demonstrating effective sales techniques.
• Highly disciplined, well-organized, and able to manage fast-paced training environments.
• Fluency in English will be an advantage
