About the role

As the Site Manager at Investland Bali Properties, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects in Bali. Reporting directly to the Project Director, this full-time position will see you managing all on-site operations, coordinating the work of subcontractors, and ensuring the timely completion of projects to the highest quality standards.

What youll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of construction sites, including overseeing the work of subcontractors

  • Develop and implement site safety plans to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

  • Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

  • Liaise with the design team, clients, and local authorities to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimise efficiency

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Project Director

  • Mentor and develop the skills of the site team

What were looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in the luxury residential sector

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget

  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field
