Do you have strong experience in managing construction projects from the ground up? Were looking for a Site Manager to oversee our luxury villa construction project in beautiful Nusa Penida, Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines are met
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers
- Supervise on-site staff and ensure quality and safety standards
- Monitor progress, budgeting, material usage, and reporting
- Liaise with the project owner and provide regular updates
- Solve on-site issues efficiently and proactively
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience in villa/resort/hospitality construction preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Willing to be placed full-time in Nusa Penida, Bali
- Fluent in English
