Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management

1. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) tailored to Indonesian audiences.
2. Create engaging content (videos, graphics, reels, stories) highlighting product features, promotions, and brand storytelling.

• Campaign Execution

1. Plan and manage paid social ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to increase brand awareness and conversion rates.
2. Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to amplify reach and credibility in the vape community.

• Community Engagement

1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or orders promptly.

• Analytics & Optimization

1. Track KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, CTR) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
2. Report monthly on campaign performance and ROI.

• Compliance & Trendspotting

1. Ensure all content complies with Indonesian regulations for vape/tobacco advertising.
2. Stay updated on local social media trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in social media management, preferably in vape, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
• Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in vape/tobacco brands, e-cigarette startups, or related sectors (e.g., health tech) are strongly preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere).
2. Experience with social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
3. Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtag optimization.

• Soft Skills: Creativity, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
