2. Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content that builds meaningful connections to take action.
3. Monitor and respond to user comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community.
4. Analyze social media campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to the team.
5. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
6. Perform audience research to guide content strategy and ensure we are reaching the right people.
