Social Media Support Staff

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
  • Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Track and respond to brand mentions, reviews, and feedback on social media to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Communicate consistently in the companys tone and style while providing clear, helpful, and engaging responses.
  • At least a high school graduate from any major.
  • Internship or 1 year experience as social media support / customer service.
  • Social media savvy and strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to be placed in SCBD area.
