Spare Part Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spare Part Supervisor to join our team at PT APTI ADHI ANANTA in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our heavy equipment spare parts inventory and distribution. As the Spare Part Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our spare parts department, contributing to the overall success of our automotive business.

What youll be doing

• Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive spare parts to meet customer demand

• Oversee inventory control and monitoring to optimise stock levels and minimise waste

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the spare parts operation

• Supervise and train a team of spare parts staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

• Maintain accurate records and reporting on spare parts inventory, sales, and operational performance

• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar spare parts or inventory management role within the heavy equipment or automotive industry

• Strong understanding of automotive spare parts supply chain management and distribution

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Proficient in inventory management systems and data analysis

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards

• Proven leadership and people management experience
