SPV IT Operation

Job Description : 

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the companys goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the IT department, including infrastructure, system, networks and securities.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes or others. 
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. 
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solution meet business needs.
• Manage relationship with external vendors and service providers 
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost effective solutions. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT.

  Qualification: 

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. 
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, system and networks.
• Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity. 
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools ( Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc ) 
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, etc. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. 
• Project management experience.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus
