Sr Videographer

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a videographer or video editor with strong technical skills in videography, photography, and editing skill (Software : Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom (Photoshop is a plus)
• Experience in production planning, team coordination, and vendor management
• Ability to manage production budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (WFH 3x, WFO 2x) in Cengkareng, West Jakarta and owning a personal laptop

Job description

• Supervise all production stages (pre-production, production, post-production) to ensure high-quality output
• Perform quality control (QC) on final deliverables to meet brand and creative standards
• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate and coordinate with videographers, editors, photographers, designers, or external vendors to optimize workflow and clarify expectations
• Plan, oversee production budgets, negotiate with vendors or suppliers, and report on budget utilization, ensuring efficient cost management
• Guide the team in filming, editing, and photography techniques to enhance production quality
• Ensure that all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and creative vision
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve production efficiency
