General Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Vocational School/Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project supervision.

• Age: Maximum 35 years old.

Technical Competencies

• Understand technical drawings

• Able to read Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings (a plus)

• Understand and be able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

• Able to supervise work in accordance with technical specifications, cost estimates, and work schedules.

• Able to review daily, weekly, and monthly reports as well as work progress.

• Able to perform good administration

• Knowledge of quality and safety procedures (K3).

Managerial and Soft Skills

• Communicative and able to coordinate with field teams, contractors, and consultants.

• Firm and meticulous in supervising contractor work on-site

• Able to identify technical issues on-site and find solutions.

• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the progress of work to ensure it aligns with plans and specifications.

• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards.

• Control the use of materials and equipment according to project requirements.
