Staff Rekam Medik & Radiologi

Job Description:

• Accurately record, manage, and store patients medical records in accordance with clinic standards.

• Operate radiology equipment such as intraoral, panoramic, and CBCT in compliance with SOP and safety standards.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all patient data, both digital and physical.

• Organize and archive medical documents systematically, both manually and digitally.

• Coordinate with dentists and healthcare teams to provide necessary medical and radiology data to support patient care.

• Maintain radiology equipment and promptly report any malfunction.

• Support internal audits related to medical records and radiology data.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Medical Records and Radiology.

• Active radiographer license (STR).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitals or clinics is an advantage.

• Proficient in operating electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly committed to data confidentiality.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic clinic environment.
