The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:

• Prepares documents/acquisition of quotation from vendors
• Source for new vendors and contractors
• Read and understand CAD design drawing
• Keep abreast of new technologies and upcoming trends to develop the stores to Next Generation Retail.
• Involve in the planning and execution of all projects
• Oversee renovation and store development projects
• Conduct site visit to ensure progress is in accordance with drawing
• On-site coordination works ensuring required works are delivered on time and within budget 
• Ensure the project is carried out in adherence to the process, policies, and procedures of the organization and business direction. 
• Liaising and working closely with external vendors, logistics, contractors, landlords, and the Operations team till project handover 
• Track the progress of projects and provide updates to the Management 
• Conduct post-project review analysis to ensure project objectives are met
• Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• Minimum Diploma and above

Knowledge & Experience

• Retail / Project Management background
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the retail industry 
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in-store development
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
