Jobdescs:
1. Handle all staff at Havanna Store
2. Monitor and ensure adherence of customer service standards within the department
3. Responsible for motivating ,leading and coaching the team
4. Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
5. Responsible in achieving company target every month
6. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly as requested by management
Requirements:
1. Female
2. Min S1 Any Major and having min 6 month experiences as Store Leader
3. Friendly, Attention to Detail, Strong Leadership, Interpersonal, and Communication Skill
4. Target Oriented, Services Excellent, Eager to Learn, Fast Learner and Have good people management
5. Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan
6. Willing to attend training in Surabaya
