Qualifications

  • Min. 2 - 3 years experience as Store PIC/Leader/Supervisor in fashion retail.

  • Sales & target oriented.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

  • Able to communicate effectively both oral and written.

  • Friendly.

  • Keen interest and knowledge about fashion and its trends.

  • Able to do time management and administrative work well.

  • Able to communicate in english is a plus.

  • Preferably 26 - 30 years old.

  • Willing to placed in around Jabodetabek Area based on company needs

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead store team to achieve sales targets.

  • Maximize store profitability with strategic execution.

  • Manage day-to-day store operations.

  • Enhance customer experience and resolve issues.

  • Optimize product displays and visual merchandising.

  • Generate routine administrative reports on sales and inventory.
