Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.

  • Minimal Experience 5 years as Store Manager in F&B

  • Mastering F&Bs strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing store

  • Great communicator and proven leader.

  • Organize staff scheduling, daily operations, and resolve customer complaints.

  • Monitor and analyze store performance to develop improvement strategies

  • Have good expression skills, communication skills, and training skills, and have data processing and report analysis abilities.

  • Proficient in computer and Office software.
