Job Descriptions:
- Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
- Coordinate with consultant and internal user in regards to design plan.
- Prepare drawings necessary for projects planning & development permit/ projects tender.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience as technical planner in Consultant/Developer / High Rise Project and Infrastructure.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, ETABS atau SAP2000, MS Office)
- Oversee Structural design/documentation team with detail design resolution.
- Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
