General Requirements for all position:

1. University graduated ( Diploma / Bachelor / Master degree )

2. Passionate about education and children.

3. Service-oriented, friendly, proactive, creative, and communicative.

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team.

5. Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, data entry).

6. Excellent communication skills (English and/or Chinese preferred for most roles).

7. Strong & Energetic personality male/female with a pleasant appearance.

8. Preferred experience in customer service, education, banking, hospitality, or other service industries.

Specific Requirements for Student Care:

- Diploma / Bachelor Degree

- Open to fresh graduates (no experience required) and or min. 1 year experienced as Customer Service

- Excellent communication skills with the team, students, and parents

- Able to support student and parent needs (Customer Service oriented).

- Capable to writing report and providing feedback to families.

- Excellent communication skill in bahasa Indonesia as well in English.

- Effective and efficient time management and organization skills.
