SUPERVISOR CIVIL (BANDUNG)

Specifications:

• Education preferably in Civil Engineering or a relevant major

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor, particularly in a construction company

• Able to read and analyze drawings well, and possess in-depth knowledge of project requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, and able to operate AutoCAD, Sketchup, SAP, and calculate building structure cost estimates (RAB).

• Possess good communication skills, be disciplined, meticulous, agile, honest, and responsive to client needs.

• Accustomed to working in teams or individually.

• Highly loyal to the company.

• Willing to be placed in all company project locations

Responsibilities:

• Implement project schedules and work methods

• Supervise work to achieve planned results (quality, cost, and time).

• Monitor and evaluate administrative processes and documentation related to ongoing projects.

• Calculate estimated material requirements for ongoing projects

• Coordinate directly with workers/suppliers and provide on-site guidance

• Understand and implement the implementation stages in the field

• Able to calculate material requirements and be accustomed to conducting stocktakes

• Understand working drawings
