Qualification :

  • 5 years of work experience on injection plastics at same position

  • Knowing about IATF 16949:2016 system related to the scope of duties

  • Able to communicate in English, at least passively

  • Willing to grow, disciplined, honest, and able to work in a team and across departments.

Responsibilities :

  • Providing guidance and control on productivity, NG reduction, and efficiency in the production process.

  • Providing guidance when targets are not achieved.

  • Assisting the leader in problem analysis.

  • Conducting monthly performance evaluations of subordinates.

  • Maintaining and improving 5S in the work area.

  • Implementing occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.
