Surf Instructor

Hello, we are looking for a Surf Instructor to join our amazing team in Wave House, Canggu.

Responsibilities:

• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service
• Do surf lessons and other activities according to the schedule given
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and delivery of safety briefings for guests of the Surf Camp & Surf School
• Cover lifeguarding duties, both on the territory of the Surf Camp & Surf School and on the beach during the surf lesson
• Ensure guest safety cover is the highest standard in all areas
• Take personal responsibility for the satisfactory appearance of the company site to ensure the meeting of guest expectations
• Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests using the equipment at the Wave House Surf Camp & Surf School each day
• To provide assistance and generally interact with guests at all times
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager
• Work according to the manual and guidelines of Wave House Surf Camp & Surf School
• Other duties such as: driving the car, lectures, theories, and other camp or school activities may be assigned to the Employee based on the needs of the Employer

Requirements:

• Able to speak English
• Surfing experience is required
• Communication & customer service skills
• Passion and knowledge of surf
• Professional appearance and attitude
• License & certification would be a plus
