Talent Acquisition Intern

What Will You Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Use job portals, social media, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and job offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willing to commit to a 6-month full-time internship with a full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement in Yogyakarta.
