TALENT ACQUISITION SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our team at PT. Sadhana Arifnusa in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and processes. As the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment efforts and ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates for our growing organization.

What youll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and recruit top talent

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates

• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles and departments

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions

• Leveraging data and analytics to measure the success of recruitment campaigns and continuously improve processes

• Overseeing and mentoring a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and legal requirements related to talent acquisition

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Proven track record of successfully building and managing a high-performing recruitment team

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think strategically

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technology

• Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations
