Job Deskripsi

1.Conduct live streaming according to schedule in our office (WFO), guide and interact with viewers enthusiastically and interestingly on the TikTok LIVE platform.

2.Collaborate with the team to develop interesting and effective live concepts and strategies.

3.Maintain a warm and engaging personality and strong improvisational skills during live.

4.Monitor and respond to feedback and questions from viewers during live broadcasts.

5.Ensure broadcasts run smoothly and according to schedule.

1. Have min. 1 year experience for Live Host position in Lifestyle and others 2. Strong communication and presentation skills 3. Accustomed and comfortable to appear in front of the camera 4. Have the ability to enliven the atmosphere while Live 5. Have their own uniqueness and characteristics while Live 6. Ability to work independently and in a team 7. Ability to collaborate with marketing and creative teams 8. to develop campaigns and promotional content 9. Proactive and results-oriented (accustomed to targets) 10. Willing to work with a shifting system (not following national holidays, religious holidays, joint leave) 11. Have a positive desire to perform and be willing to take the initiative to try and inovate the live broadcast content 12. willing to actively interact with fans
