As a Talent Management Staff, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end talent initiatives, including recruitment, people development, performance management, and organizational development to ensure sustainable growth and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is communicative, able to work under pressure, and adaptable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Psychology

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent management, recruitment, or people development is preferred.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee development, and performance management concepts.

• Good organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

• Being able to use editing software (such as Canva, etc.) would be a plus.
