Technical Support (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Qualifications :

● Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

● Minimum 3-5 years experience in IoT, Smart Building, Security Systems, or Integrated Solutions.

● Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

● Strong understanding of IP-based systems, smart sensors, CCTV/AI video analytics, access control, and system integration.

● Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description :

● Maintain regular communication with Principle and technical support teams.

● Translate technical materials, documentation, and system requirements between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

● Support project scoping, requirement gathering, and solution architecture validation with the Principle team.

● Lead or support the deployment of Principle solutions in smart buildings, surveillance systems, access control, visitor management, and other IoT environments.

● Ensure proper integration with third-party systems such as Data Center infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network environments.

● Work closely with local technical and project teams to ensure smooth implementation.

● Assist the sales team in presenting technical solutions to clients.

● Participate in demo setup, Proof of Concept (PoC) trials, and technical Q&A sessions.

● Translate customer requirements to Principle technical terms and vice versa.

● Act as Level 2 technical support escalation point for Principle solutions.

● Manage system issue diagnostics, performance evaluation, and updates.

● Provide suggestions for local customization or improvement.
