Job Description:

  • Update reservation data for guests staying at Capitol for both short and long-term stays

  • Monitor and check the unit booking system regularly

  • Serve as a liaison for guests/tenants

  • Inspect unit condition and amenities before guest check-in and after check-out

  • Conduct resident satisfaction surveys

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diplomas or Bachelors Degree in any major

  • Having work experience in Customer Service/ Tenant Relation/ Hotel/ Communication or any related field

  • Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)

  • Willing to be located in Jakarta
