Tender Administration Staff

General Qualifications: 

1. A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. 

2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document administration, particularly in the tender process within the oil and gas industry. 

3. Proficient in both spoken and written English. 

4. Experience in systematically managing and archiving tender documents. 

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software. 

6. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in document management.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Manage and prepare tender documents in accordance with established procedures. 

2. Ensure all documents are complete and submitted on time. 

3. Coordinate with the engineering and finance teams to update information related to tenders. 

4. Organize meetings and discussions related to the tender process. 

5. Monitor and evaluate documents that have been submitted.
