Responsibilities

The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether its launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the teams contributions are essential to TikTokShops success in SEA. In this role you will be responsible in conceptualising, developing and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns. You will create effective and accurate brand activation plans that align with our companys vision and goal. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for initiating, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns (Super Brand Day, Brand day, New arrival day, etc) - Collaborate and coordinate across various stakeholders from end to end, including working with internal account managers, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization - Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets), good at problem solving and able to solve issues with innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance - Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments; leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns creative ideas and enhance brand awareness and influence - Responsible for campaign monetization to optimize campaign revenue

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Minimum Bachelors Degree or above - 5 years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestream or short videos - English proficiency - Proficiency in end-to-end process of developing brand IP marketing campaigns Preferred Qualifications - Fluency in ecommerce, marketing campaign and livestream language - Proven experience in owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
