TSP Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Product Operations

1. Brand Outreach & Product Listing

• Identify and onboard brands/suppliers with high e-commerce potential
• Ensure seamless onboarding into Funkais TSP ecosystem
• Oversee marketplace readiness (product listing, design, bundle strategy, stock check)

2. Shop Strategy & Campaign Preparation

• Organize product hierarchy and content layout for live sessions
• Lead shop-side setup ahead of campaigns and coordinate discount planning

Creator & Livestream Execution

3. Creator / Host Coordination & Matching

• Collaborate with MCN team to match products with relevant creators and livestream hosts
• Support creator/MCN team with daily livestream setup, script and content flow
• Provide TSP-specific talking points, angles and performance goals to creators / hosts

4. Livestream Planning & Scheduling

• Create and direct the daily live streaming schedule
• Ensure deliverables such as live hours and conversions are completed
• Ensure team resources (operator, studio, greenscreen, host) are optimized

5. Live Session Supervision & Feedback

• Monitor livestreams in real time and resolve host/shop/consumer-side issues quickly
• Track sales performance and provide host feedback to improve session outcomes

Performance Monitoring & Growth

6. Performance Reporting

• Prepare weekly reports on GMV, ROI, product conversions and host KPIs
• Analyze data to refine strategies and boost recurring sales

7. Cross-Team Coordination

• Collaborate with MCN team to drive campaign success and ensure cohesive execution
• Ensure brand expectations are met and creators deliver high-performing content

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in TikTok Shop, live commerce or affiliate campaign ops
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop backend or TSP dashboard, livestream tools and marketplace workflows
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, especially with host/influencer team
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, performance metrics and platform dynamics
