UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

Were looking for a creative and technically capable UI/UX Designer to  help shape the  digital experience of  our hospitality and property group. Youll be responsible for  crafting intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces.

 You will work  closely  with our  team —  not  only  delivering thoughtful designs but  also  helping implement  them  through  front-end  coding.  This  is  a  hands-on  role  where design  and development go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

-  Design user-centered wireframes, mockups, and visual assets for web  and mobile.

-  Create  responsive  layouts  for  desktop,  tablet,  and  mobile  screens  with  usability and performance in mind.

-  Develop design systems and UI components that are reusable and scalable across projects.

-  Collaborate  directly with  the  developer to  implement CSS, animations, and basic front-end behaviors.

-  Provide clean design specs and assets, and support smooth handoff and integration.

-  Ensure visual consistency across the platform.

-  Propose creative solutions grounded in usability, brand identity, and user  feedback.

Requirements:

-  Minimum  1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites or digital products.

-  Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.

-  Strong understanding of responsive design principles, layout  grids, and component-based UI.

-  Comfortable implementing UI components using CSS, basic JavaScript, and supporting front- end development in close collaboration with the developer.

-  Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).

-  Familiarity with version control tools  (e.g., Git) and developer handoff best practices.

-  Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely  with developers and stakeholders.

-  Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and a user-first approach to design and problem solving.

-  A high  willingness to learn,  adapt to new tools  or technologies, and grow  with the team.
