Vice President (VP) - Padel Sports Industry

Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and driven Vice President to lead the strategic and operational development of our fast-growing sports, wellness, and lifestyle business. This includes racket sports such as padel, tennis, and pickleball, as well as broader wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about active living and experienced in managing multi-functional teams, scaling operations, developing strategic partnerships, and building community-centric programs. Experience in startups is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute strategic plans for club expansion and operations across sports and wellness offerings

·      Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, service quality, and facility management

·      Lead and align cross-functional teams: marketing, sales, operations, and customer service

·      Build strategic partnerships with sponsors, sport communities, and wellness brands

·      Design and implement programs: memberships, events, tournaments, workshops, and promotions

·      Lead digital initiatives: booking systems, mobile apps, and online marketing campaigns

·      Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

. Monitor and report key business and operational metrics to senior stakeholders

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 3-5 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in sports, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or startup

environments

·      Proven track record in strategic planning, operational scaling, and team leadership

·      Passionate about sports and wellness, particularly racket sports (padel, tennis, pickleball)

·      Strong communication skills and a digitally savvy mindset

·      Bachelors degree preferred
