VP Corporate Funding - Mandarin Speaker
The VP Corporate Funding is responsible for developing and executing funding strategies to support the banks growth and liquidity objectives. This includes managing relationships with corporate investors, financial institutions, and regulators while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage short- and long-term funding strategies aligned with the banks balance sheet needs and regulatory requirements.
Lead capital raising efforts through debt instruments, interbank placements, and structured funding.
Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international counterparties, including institutional investors and corporate partners.
Liaise with regional Mandarin-speaking counterparts and stakeholders for funding proposals, negotiations, and reporting.
Monitor market trends, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic factors to proactively manage funding costs and risks.
Coordinate with internal teams (Treasury, ALM, Risk, Legal, etc.) to structure and execute funding deals.
Ensure compliance with BI/OJK regulations and internal policies.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field; Masters degree or CFA is a plus.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate funding, treasury, capital markets, or investment banking.
Solid knowledge of funding instruments, local and international debt markets, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record in executing funding transactions and managing institutional investor relationships.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with stakeholder management experience at regional/global level.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required (Minimum HSK Level 4; ideally Level 5 or 6 / CEFR B2, C1, or C2).
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is also required.
