About the role

We are seeking a talented VPC Yard Specialist to join our team at PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our vehicle processing centre (VPC) yard.

What youll be doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the VPC yard, including vehicle receiving, storage, and dispatching

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize yard utilization and throughput

  • Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

  • Create invoice to customer to make sure on time payment both of customer and supplier

  • Control vehicle aging management

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar yard management or logistics role, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices

  • Able to operate Ms. Office

  • Able to drive car and having driver license

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Good Integrity and trustworthiness

  • Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations

  • Good Communication in English is a must
